Crawford echoes fans' FA Cup concerns
Ipswich Town legend Ray Crawford says the team should have taken their chances in last night's FA Cup match against Portsmouth, which they lost 2-1.
Mick McCarthy made 11 changes to his Ipswich starting line-up last night, but the Blues lost at League Two's Portsmouth and are out of the FA Cup.
Crawford, 79, who played in the 1962 Ipswich Town Championship team, said: "I thought Portsmouth were the better team in the end.
"With all due respect to the Town, they didn't put out the first team."
