How Rwanda's genocide refugees brought cricket to their homeland

One of the more unexpected and uplifting side-effects of the turmoil in recent Rwandan history is the growth of cricket in the country. Many who fled the horrific events of the 1994 genocide ended up in refugee camps in countries such as Uganda and Kenya. Here they learnt cricket and when they returned home they brought the sport with them.

With interest growing, a British charity has been raising funds to build the country's first international standard cricket ground.
Earlier this month, they held a ceremony to mark the start of building work - with Stumped among the attendees.
