Crowd-sourced Symphony of Detroit

A US composer has created a symphony for Detroit using crowd-sourced sounds.

In Detroit, Michigan, composer Tod Machover and the city orchestra have asked residents to contribute locally found noises, like the rev of a Mustang's engine or a morning market, to a collaborative symphony. It has just premiered.
