French journalist: I will cry when Wembley sings La Marseillaise
French journalist Julien Laurens has told 5 live Sport he will cry when Wembley sings the Marseillaise, the French national anthem, on Tuesday night.
France play England at Wembley four days after 129 people were killed in attacks across the French capital, Paris.
The Football Association is encouraging England fans to sing the Marseillaise in an act of solidarity before the match gets under way.
"I think it's going to be a very special night for the Parisians. I'm a Paris boy through and through," Laurens told ³ÉÈË¿ìÊÖ Radio 5 live.
"I'm going to cry. When the whole stadium sings La Marseillaise I think it will be very special."
