Being "in the zone" is often the reason sport stars give for brilliant performances. So imagine if you could always be "in the zone."
Neuroscientist and director Actualise Clinical in Ireland Dr Michael Keane believes that canbe achieved. He explained to Sportshour's Caroline Barker how neuropathway brain training works and why he believes it could become a standard part of preparation for all sport.
