'I'm worried about the amount of weed, grass and algae in the water'

With under 300 days to go to the Olympic Games in Rio, one of the most heavily criticised venues is also one of the only natural ones.

It's the water in Guanabara Bay that is causing concern, with reports of human waste floating around at test events for sailing, rowing and canoeing.

Cypriot sailor Pavlos Kontides became the first athlete from his country ever to win an Olympic medal when he took silver in London, while Danish canoeist René Holten Poulsen is a double world champion who won silver in Beijing.

Both men have been practising in Rio recently. They've been telling Lee James what they make of conditions out on the water.
