Whether it's a sprained ankle, a chesty cough or a sore stomach, too many of us are not aware of where to go for medical attention. Should you always go to your GP, or will a pharmacist do? Should you drive to A and E, or will a call to 111 suffice? To be fair it can be a complicated issue, and with winter on its way, health bosses are wondering how they'll cope once the annual rush to the doctors and hospitals builds up once more. Longer term work is well underway on a new A and E in the city - but short term, its all about patients knowing which health service to access when ill. But as 成人快手 Radio Leicester's Manish Verma has been finding out, its not that easy:
