A woman from Luton is encouraging people to help asylum seekers in Calais.

Nora Thwany was an asylum seeker herself when she was a child. Her parents fled Iraq during the Iran-Iraq war, and she travelled to many countries across Europe including Sweden before finally settling in Luton.

In this extract she tells presenter Yasmeen Khan on 成人快手 Three Counties Radio how she felt compelled to do something to help because of her own experience.
