Donald Trump: No More 鈥楤irthright Citizenship鈥�
Republican presidential hopeful Donald Trump has laid out a controversial immigration plan that includes a call to end so-called 鈥榖irthright citizenship鈥欌�� the constitutional principle, enshrined in the 14th amendment, that babies born in the US automatically qualify as citizens. Margaret Stock, an immigration lawyer in the US state of Alaska, explains the origins of the principle and the practically of Trump鈥檚 plan.
