On Wednesday the IAAF, the world governing body of athletics elects a new president. Either Ukraine's Sergei Bubka or Britian's Lord Coe will become the most powerful person in track and field. They will have to deal with the recent allegations around the use and detection of performance enhancing drugs that has engulfed the sport of athletics and its governing body.

The cloud of suspicion that hangs over the sport has prompted a number of athletes including Robert Harting, the current Olympic, World and European champion in the men's discus, to announce via You Tube he had lost faith in the IAAF.

So will a new president make any difference? That's the question Sportshour's Sarah Mulkerrins put to Robert Harting.
