'My cousin died trying to get from Calais to UK'
A Pakistani man who died this week trying to board a Eurotunnel freight train is believed to have been the tenth migrant killed since June in the process of attempting to get to the UK
He had been staying at the 'Jungle' camp in Calais with his cousin - who has been speaking to our reporter Zoe Conway.
'The train was too fast and he hit the concrete wall', the deceased man's cousin told us.
'At the hospital the doctor told me 'I'm sorry''.
'I don't know what I will do with his body. His wife and children are in Pakistan', the man said.
Asked why his cousin's shoes remained by his tent, the man said ‘We do not take his shoes from this place. He lived here. We remember him’.
