Leicestershire head coach Andrew McDonald believes they can achieve "amazing things" if they can keep - and add to - their core of players at the club.

This week, Angus Robson, James Sykes, Rob Sayer and overseas player, Clint McKay all committed their futures for at least the next couple of seasons.
