Defying the Odds
Two years after being given a three percent chance of survival after a fall, jockey Brian Toomey is returning to the saddle.
Jockeys are considered some of the bravest of sportsmen and women.The risk of being crushed or trampled by an animal eight times your body weight is never far away. Toomey suffered severe head injuries and died for six seconds, when his horse fell at Perth in Scotland.
Now, the Irish jockey is set to return to the saddle and Joe Wilson has been to meet him ....
