New Forest students explore how young people approach or are influenced by the concept of how they look.
Twenty local students are working with a New Forest theatre company in a drama project that is thought to be unique within the UK.
The Year 11 pupils from Ringwood School spent a week with Forest Forge devising a theatre production.
Elevate was created 5 years ago by Forest Forge and is a peer led project that is designed to inspire pupils from Years 8 - 11. The participants use their own experiences and interests to create a touring show that will be seen by up to 1,000 local school children.
Previous projects have focused on knife crime, teenage pregnancy, social media and underage drinking. The 2015 production examines body image and under the title 'Fit!' students explore how young people approach or are influenced by the concept of how they look.
Angus Smith who's 16 and 15 year old Rosie Patton told 成人快手 Radio Solent about the project.
