The tour is coming to town

Thousands of the world's top cyclists are preparing to descend on the Netherlands, and the city of Utrecht. It is the sixth time the Tour de France has been to the Netherlands and it promises to be one of the tightest in years. But what is it like preparing for the Tour to come to town? Steve Crossman has been to Utrecht to find out:
