Mine museum reveals Welsh history
A former coal mine in South Wales is helping to keep the past alive as a working museum. Former miners at the Big Pit National Coal Museum take visitors 90m (300ft) down the mine and shine a light on the mine’s history, mining life and the communities that formed around them.
The ³ÉÈË¿ìÊÖ’s Travel Show’s Ade Adepitan reports.
