Cerys Matthews introduces the posthumous award for Meredydd Evans, received on stage by his daughter Eluned. Dr Evans passed away in February 2015 at the age of 95. His wide-ranging contributions as a singer, historian, broadcaster and Welsh language campaigner made him a significant, respected and popular figure across Welsh culture. He was posthumously honoured with the Good Tradition Award.
