Harman: Tory NHS funding pledge is 'illusory'

The spending programme put forward by the Conservatives is "a threat to cut the NHS" and is "absolutely illusory", Labour's Deputy Leader of the Labour Party Harriet Harman tells the 成人快手's Andrew Marr.

Ms Harman also discussed the SNP surge in Scotland and Labour's tax plans.
