British astronaut Tim Peake: Space 'makes you younger'
The British astronaut Tim Peake is preparing for the biggest flight of his life.
In 2009 he was selected by the European Space Agency, after a lengthy, rigorous selection process, to become the first official British astronaut to embark on a long duration mission to the International Space Station.
So what will life be like for Tim, when he boards the ISS in November? He told Phil Williams about food, toilet time, and the effects space had on the body.
Space flight makes you "a little bit younger", he said. "You're talking fractions of a second. But in terms of aging as far as the effect of living in space I guess, yes the body will take a bit of a punishment."
