What's Stopping the Prosecution of Fraudulent Bankers?
After the 2008 financial crisis, President Obama announced a new law to jail those guilty of financial fraud. Senator Ted Kaufman helped draft the law. Five years on, he is deeply disappointed that not a single senior Wall Street banker has been successfully prosecuted, but he thinks he knows why.
