Begging Bowl or Bright Idea?
A campaign that has seen thousands of people become financial backers of the Caterham Formula One team has proved to be successful!
A crowd funding scheme was set up to try and raise over $3,500,000 for the team and now they WILL start the final Grand Prix of the season in Abu Dhabi next Sunday.
Already this season, Marussia stopped competing because of the financial constraints, and it looked like Caterham would follow.
But they didn't... Henry Shinners from Smith and Williamson, is the administrator and the man behind the idea and Guy Rigby, is their head of entrepreneurial services
