Conservatives on the London Assembly say they've found over 4,000 disused sites across 13 boroughs that could be used to build homes and a "Safer Lorries Scheme" is launched in an attempt to reduce the number of cyclists killed and seriously injured on London鈥檚 roads and drivers of diesel vehicles face having to pay an extra 拢10 to enter central London.
