Hear the latest after Stoke-on-Trent City Council's Deputy Leader Paul Shotton was suspended by the Labour Party for sending bogus text messages to 成人快手 Radio Stoke which purported to be from members of the public. Cllr Shotton used the messages to praise City Council policies and criticise political opponents over a six month period.
