The Feniton woman at her wits end with regular discharges of raw sewage onto her property.
South West Water says it does have a permit for emergency discharges into Gill's ditch. They say it is a complicated problem and they are working with other agencies to resolve it. The Environment Agency says it is aware of the problem and is in regular contact with Mrs Ewings.
