Stephen Lawrence: "We haven't moved on"

The head of the Metropolitan Police has vowed to win back the public's trust after a damning report found officers spied on the family of murdered black teenager Stephen Lawrence. Sir Bernard Hogan-Howe said the Ellison report, which has now prompted a public inquiry into undercover policing, was "devastating", and promised that a new independent probe into police records would be commissioned.
