At the zenith of his career, he was described as the third most powerful figure in Cuba after the Castro brothers. Hardtalk speaks to Ricardo Alarcon who - until last year - was president of Cuba鈥檚 parliament, the National Assembly. A veteran on the political and diplomatic scene, he is a former foreign minister and long-time ambassador for Cuba to the United Nations.
