A woman with learning difficulties, who had been a target of anti-social behaviour has spoke about how things have improved
The mum of 34 year old woman with learning difficulties from Stockport, who was being subjected to verbal abuse from local teenagers has met with her tormentors. At one point the abuse got so stressful for Emma Bailey that she started to self harm..
成人快手 Radio Manchester highlighted this story in June. Since then,Emma's mum Eileen has met with two of the youngsters responsible as part of a scheme of restorative justice organised by Greater Manchester police. Another apologised by letter.
Emma didn't want to attend the meeting herself, but told 成人快手 Radio Manchester's Clare Freeman how her life had improved since June.
