Paralympic hopeful Mark Banham explains the challenges faced by visually impaired swimmers, how the groups are categorised and how an assistant called a "tapper" taps the swimmer on the head when they are a stroke away from the wall. Mark enlists the help of Britain's most successful Paralympic swimmer, Chris Holmes, to develop his tumble turns and work towards his Paralympic dream.
