Behind the scenes of Belgium鈥檚 so-called Golden Generation there are deep divisions. Firstly, unease about the selection of Ilonga Mboyo who was convicted for 8 years for his part in a gang rape. There are also wider political tensions between the Flemish and the French speaking Walloons. There are even calls for the country to be divided into two parts. Among others we speak to the Belgian captain Vincent Kompany who tells us why he supported the call-up of a convicted rapist.
We investigate the issue of age cheating in football. In the recent AFC Under 19 tournament Syria were accused of fielding over-age players. We speak to John Boultbee of the Australian Football Federation who describes age cheating as 'endemic'.
The former European Cup winners Red Star Belgrade are in crisis and more than 60 million euro in debt. Red Star legend Dragan Dzajic, has been drafted in to help sort out the mess, however Dzajic was recently on trial for embezzlement. We hear from Red Star spokesman Milan Boskovic.
