Anti-capitalist protesters are to be told to remove their tents from outside St Paul's Cathedral or face legal action, schools are having to act as ‘surrogate families’ for pupils because parents are failing even to feed their children and August-born children are less likely to attend a leading university and more likely to study practical courses than their September-born peers.
