If Amr Moussa is elected president of Egypt, will he deliver the democratic reforms demanded by the protesters who helped to topple Hosni Mubarak?
Amr Moussa was secretary general of the Arab League for ten years when he stepped down from the post last June.
Now he wants to be the president of Egypt and recent opinion polls show that he is a leading contender.
Stephen Sackur spoke to Mr Moussa at the Ambrosetti Forum on international affairs on the shores of Lake Como in Italy.
