Leveret suckling. Anne Yule, West Lothian
This occurs in our garden in April every year. The highest number of young in one year has been three. This year we have one little beauty who lies hidden in the garden till dusk it then makes its way to the same spot and awaits the doe who comes in from the surrounding fields to allow her leveret to suckle.
