Zimbabwe's president Robert Mugabe has waged a long running war on the country's white farmers.

His land redistribution programme has been relentless, ruthless and at times murderous.

Ben Freeth and his father-in-law challenged the Zimbabwean Government all the way to Southern Africa's highest court.

They won a landmark victory, but it made little difference, they lost their farm, and much else besides.
