Stephen Sackur talks to Lobsang Sangay, recently elected to head the Tibetan exile movement, and asks if Tibetan unity will fracture as leadership passes to a new generation.

The Dalai Lama, the spiritual leader of the Tibetan people, has withdrawn from active politics.

Lobsang Sangay was recently elected to head the Tibetan exile movement and must now lead his people's struggle for greater autonomy from Beijing.

He has an impressive record as a scholar in the United States, but he's never actually set foot inside Tibet.
