Adam Pope speaks to authors Yvette Huddleston and Walter Swan about their book A Day in the Dales and to the stars of the stage show Busting Out which will be on at St Georges Hall Bradford.
He is also joined by Dr Diggle to have a health MOT and by Steve Harrison from Wakefield who was paralysed from the shoulders 13 years ago and will be attempting 100 miles on land and 22 miles on water for charity.
