Norman Baker on the state of the South East's roads

成人快手 Inside Out examines the state of some of the busiest roads in the country in South East England.

The AA believes that they are dangerous whilst Kent County Council says it is 拢200m short to get roads improved to a good standard.

Transport Minister Norman Baker says councils should stop complaining and get on with the job.

He tells Inside Out South East, "We're giving more over the next four year period from Central Government for highways maintenance... more than the last Labour government gave in the last 4 years...

"Local authorities will always want more money.

"Rather than local authorities bleating for more money all the time, they should be looking at how they carry out their work."
