Scientists at the University of Minnesota have perfected a technique for re-animating dead hearts. By studying a visible beating heart, the scientists hope to gain a remarkable insight into its function. In this clip Prof. Paul Iaizzo uses a pig's heart to demostrate the re-animation process.
