David Ramsden MBE is Head of Conservation at The Barn Owl Trust.

Barn Owl conservation is a way of life for David; he's been fascinated by flight since he was a child.

On the rare occasions when he's not working he is involved in DIY, playing and recording music and is interested in Native American traditions and microlight flying.

He'll be joining JG on today's show.

Plus there's live music from Lara Conley.

Lara has appeared at Sidmouth Folk Festival, Edinburgh Fringe Festival, Beautiful Days Festival (with the Bimble Inn), the Isle of Wight Rhythm Tree Festival, Exmouth Festival, Cranbourne Festival, the Didge Gathering in North Devon and more.

She'll be chatting and performing live in the studio.
