Jim Ferry - Ulster-Scots Songwriter
The Belfast-Nashville Songwriters Festival had a presentation of prizes for the best songs in English, Irish and Ulster-Scots.
Ulster-Scots winner, Jim Ferry, sings 鈥楳ary Magee': Jim is originally from Kilmarnock but now lives and works as an engineer in Reading.
He tells Liam Logan how he found out about the competition and about the inspiration behind his winning song. (Broadcast: 26 Feb 2006)
