Red Rose: Film about Robert Burns
Extracts from a new film about the life and times of Robert Burns. Michael Rogers plays Robert Burns in ‘Red Rose’ made by independent company, Palmtree Productions; and Conal Gillespie is at a special preview in Downpatrick to see him in action and to find out from the Director, Robbie Moffatt, how the film got its name and how he portrays Burns in the film. Moffatt believes Burns was a problem solver. (Broadcast 12th September 2004)
