JVS and his team fight for your rights and tackle your consumer problems.
Anne took her grand-daughter for some takeaway chicken and paid with her debit card. The machine was out of paper so the payment was cancelled and processed again. When Anne checked her bank statement though she had paid for her chicken not once but twice. She's spent months trying to get her money back without success...but have JVS and the team succeeded where she failed?
And what about Jill? She rang the consumer clinic and told JVS she's been living in a tent with her two dogs for nine weeks whilst she waits for a council house. Tim drove out to the campsite to see Jill and discovered she was not considered a priority for housing. The consumer clinic team have been liaising with the housing association and have some interesting news.
