Highlights from a 成人快手 Singers learning project in partnership with Westminster City Council and the Royal Albert Hall. The 成人快手 Singers mentored choirs from over 34 local schools in a new cantata composed by Bill Connor and commissioned by Westminster. Recorded on May 17 2010.
