Dougie is in the fertile fields of Galloway to see one of the largest dairy herds in Scotland. He finds out how this super dairy is run with the cattle spending the whole year outside.
Elsewhere, Shahbaz touches down in Wester Ross to catch up with the space scientists using the Scottish landscape as a location model for Mars.
With lambing well under way, we return to Cammy鈥檚 farm as he gets to grips with his new cattle herd. And Rosie is in the Borders to lend a hand building homes for pine martens.
