A feast of food from Pam Brunton, Andi Oliver, Sabrina Ghayour and Shivi Ramoutar. Also, Rick Stein and the Hairy Bikers head out and about across the UK and abroad.

Matt Tebbutt serves up some favourite recipes from years gone by.

Pam Brunton prepares a rich, flavour-packed mushroom broth garnished with grilled squid, roasted onions and hen of the woods. Andi Oliver brings the Caribbean sunshine to the studio with her spiced sea bream and charred corn, dressed in a chilli and coconut butter. And Sabrina Ghayour cooks her Middle Eastern take on roast lamb.

Shivi Ramoutar makes her coconut souffle, hot buttered rum and spiced roasted pineapple. And the legendary Barry Humphries faces his food heaven, caramel and chocolate meringues, or his food hell, Spanish-inspired trout and chorizo.

Meanwhile, Rick Stein enjoys more of Australia鈥檚 gastronomic scene, and the Hairy Bikers check out a sausage-vending machine!
