Delicious recipes from Gennaro Contaldo, Dina Macki, Rukmini Iyer and Niklas Ekstedt, while Rick Stein and The Hairy Bikers head out and about across the UK.
Gennaro Contaldo has two dishes in honour of the late Antonio Carluccio: tagliatelle with wild mushrooms, and pancetta and linguine with capers and olives.
Dina Macki brings a taste of Oman to the studio with an intensely fragrant lamb qubooli, consisting of slow-cooked lamb shanks and baharat spiced rice. Then, to celebrate National Margarita Day, Carmen O鈥橬eal has a trio of twists on the world's most-ordered cocktail.
Rukmini Iyer takes the stress out of cooking with her one-tray roasted curry, and Niklas Ekstedt drops by to deliver a Swedish classic with a huge side of chaos, wallenbergare with lingonberries. And Richard Curtis faces either his food heaven, truffle risotto, or his food hell, roasted hake with mussels.
Meanwhile, Rick Stein heads to Chesapeake Bay to explore their ocean treasures, and the Hairy Bikers hope to unearth the secrets to Ormskirk鈥檚 famous gingerbread.
