Celebrating her 80th Birthday, Elkie Brooks performs live alongside the 成人快手 Concert Orchestra from 成人快手 Maida Vale studios for Radio 2鈥檚 Piano Room Month.

Beginning her professional career at 15, Elkie has been working in the music industry for over six decades now. Having released 20 albums and sold over a million records, it鈥檚 fair to say she is the 鈥楤ritish Queen of Blues鈥�. As Elkie brings her remarkable career to an end, she embarks on her 鈥楲ong Farewell Tour鈥�, with shows across the UK.

Back for its fourth year, Radio 2 Piano Room Month sees globally famous, award-winning artists perform three tracks - a new song, one of their well-known numbers, and an unexpected cover version - all accompanied by the 成人快手 Concert Orchestra.
