Culinary tips to celebrate Chinese or Lunar New Year with Matt Tebbutt, award-winning TV chef Ching-He Huang and restaurateurs Larkin Cen from Cardiff and Janet Wei from Pontypridd.

Chinese food champions Ching-He Huang, Larkin Cen and Janet Wei share culinary tips and inspiration to celebrate Chinese or Lunar New Year with Matt Tebbutt.

Award-winning TV chef and cookery book author Ching-He Huang has been revolutionising Chinese cuisine for over two decades.

Former Masterchef finalist Larkin Cen grew up above a takeaway run by his parents in Cardiff, and now has restaurants in Bristol and more recently in Swansea.

And Janet Wei from the Yanbing area of Northern China now owns a restaurant in Pontypridd, which was recently named one of the Top 100 restaurants in the UK.

Together, they'll take us through the essential roast meats, fish, vegetables, sides and sweets you'll need for a prosperous Chinese New Year feast.
