Two very special mixes keep the Friday night vibes flowing. Kicking off the show is 'The Good Groove 90s Party Mix' for hot tub discos, car seat dancing and living room sing-alongs everywhere. Then later on our host takes to the decks live for 'The Good Groove Deep Cuts Mix', a glamorous, high energy selection that will make you want to push back the sofa and dance.

Actress Chizzy Akudolu chooses the tracks that take her back as she shares her early clubbing tales in 'Rewind Selector'. In 2002, Chizzy was one of eight new comedy performers who won the 成人快手 Talent Initiative, The Urban Sketch Showcase, and her first television appearance was in the 成人快手 sitcom 15 Storeys High. This was followed by a small role in EastEnders. She continued to work for the 成人快手 in her first children's series called 'Stupid!', 'Roman's Empire' and went on to appear in other shows such as 'Gigglebiz'. For five years Chizzy played the role of surgeon Mo Effanga in Holby City. She was nominated and won the award for "Best Newcomer" at the Black International Film Festival and Music Video & Screen Awards. She also won the Best Actress in the same year at the BEFFTA Awards. Chizzy also took part in the fifteenth series of Strictly Come Dancing on 成人快手 One. Chizzy is one of the team captains on comedy panel quiz show, Sorry I Didn鈥檛 Know, which returns to ITV on the 17th of November.
