Ol’ Smokey’s Bum Bites

This week's show stars two cheeky parrots, Sean Bean makes a carpet-fitting cameo, and Sir Tom is jonesing for afternoon tea in a garden centre.

After a previous call for parrot tales, we get a brace from Debs in Devon, starring Sammy the OG mischief-maker and his successor Smokey. A cheeky bird who loved to take a stroll under trifold sun loungers, nipping every bottom en route.

It’s an A-list week for celebs in dreams, with Sir Tom jonesing for afternoon tea in a garden centre and Dustin Hoffman having to make do with microwaved rice. While Sean Bean makes an IRL cameo at a carpet fitting.

Liza’s music selection includes one of Sir Elton’s favourite songs, some magnificent early Motown from Mary Wells, and the clever poetry of Joni Mitchell.
