Who's Up For Ten To The Top?

Football legend and media personality Ally McCoist chooses the songs that shaped his life in Tracks Of My Years. Plus the Album and Record Of The Week.

Scottish football legend and media personality Ally McCoist chooses another two songs that shaped his life in Tracks Of My Years.

Ally started his career at St Johnstone as a teenager, and then played for Sunderland before being signed by Glasgow Rangers. He still holds the record for most goals scored for the Glasgow giants - a massive 355. He ended his playing career at Kilmarnock, and represented Scotland on 61 occasions - scoring 19 goals in that time.

Following his retirement from playing, Ally found success as a media personality and pundit, captained on 'A Question Of Sport' for 11 years and co-hosted the chat show 鈥楳cCoist & McAulay鈥 with comedian Fred McAulay.

He's now written a book called 'Dear Scotland: On The Road With The Tartan Army', where he goes on a trip down memory lane and shares stories about everything from growing up in Glasgow to his time watching the national team at this summer鈥檚 European Championships. He was awarded an OBE this year for services to Association Football and to broadcasting, with The Duke Of Edinburgh presenting the award.
